Welcome, MOPA 2024 speakers!
On behalf of the MOPA board of directors, we thank you for your participation in this year's annual meeting and expo. We have a wonderful group of speakers this year whom we are confident will provide excellent perspectives on important issues and topics facing today's psychologists. Thank you again for your commitment to helping strengthen the skills and the community of Missouri psychologists and mental health professionals. We look forward to meeting you at Webster University! |

ATTENDEES
We expect to have more than 50 attendees throughout the conference. We have several students, quite a few ECP psychologists with fewer than 5 years experience, all the way up to those with 40+ years experience. So a great blend of psychologists and behavioral health professionals from across Missouri!
YOUR PRESENTATION
YOUR PRESENTATION - PLEASE SEND TO EMILY BY EOD THURSDAY:
We plan to have your presentation pre-loaded onto the computer desktop of your presentation room. Please send your final presentation to Emily at [email protected] by Thursday afternoon in order to do this. We ask you ALSO bring a back up copy on a jump drive or email it to yourself to ensure we have you covered (we all know technology!)
Handouts:
Each speaker is welcome to bring any handouts to those attending the breakout session (Please note: there are no large-scale printing services on site.)
Room Setup:
All presentations are in one dedicated room where most sessions will be held in a classroom-style, with tables for your audience.
Proctors:
The room will have a proctor (either a MOPA Board Member or a volunteer) to introduce you, help manage the CEU process, and assist you in any way possible during your session.
Room Assignments & A/V Support:
The room will have a PC-based laptop, a projector/screen and a handheld "clicker" to help you advance your slides. We will not have a large amount of time between sessions, so we ask that you show up to your scheduled session as soon as possible to ensure your presentation is set up and you are ready to go. As noted, we hope to have all presentations on each computer prior to each session so, in essence, you just need to show up! Please let Emily Dahlbeck know if you have specific A/V needs and we will work to accommodate you.
