A FREE WEBINAR for caregivers and educators of school-aged children, brought to you by the Missouri Psychological Association

Saturday, August 29    -    10 a.m.  -  Noon  CT

Resilience is the ability to snap back from hard times. It is the ability to be emotionally and mentally strong in the face of hardship.
In this webinar, caregivers can expect to learn:
  • scientifically supported personal coping skills to promote resilience and well-being
  • how these skills can “trickle down” to children you are caring for
  • how to help children learn resilience skills from a developmental psychology perspective so they can be emotionally and mentally stronger
Additional resources will also be provided regarding resilience as well as resources directly addressing mental health and physical well-being during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
