This collaborative summit aims to bring together professionals and students interested in integrated care across multiple disciplines to exchange resources, lessons learned, and best practices from others working to make integration the standard of care.
Come prepared to share challenges, successes, and evidence-based tools. Leave with a broader and more detailed view of integrated care practices from across the state, as well as strategic relationships and tools to transform your own practices.
Your registration includes a day of education and discussion, a networking lunch, and 6 hours of CE credit issued by the Missouri Psychological Association.

Join us for an optional pre-Summit networking breakfast at 8 a.m. AND/OR an optional post-Summit networking dinner beginning at 5:30 p.m. Location for both events will be determined based upon interest.
PLEASE NOTE: Both of these activities are optional and not covered by the registration fees. Attendees will be responsible for their own meals.
