CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
Overall SCHEDULE OF EVENTS for the conference
EXPO HOURS
Your sponsor table will be set up in Room 401 (4th floor) of the UMKC Student Union, a high-traffic hub where attendees gather for the Friday cocktail hour and between sessions and lunch on Saturday.
FRIDAY, JUNE 20
Setup
We will provide a 6-foot table for you to place your materials. It is unlikely that each table will have electricity (please let us know if you need that and we'll work to accommodate.) This table will be yours for both Friday and Saturday.
Security
You should be able to leave basic material out overnight after the Cocktail hour, but it is a public building (though the room will be locked at night). We do not recommend leaving anything of significant value.
Handouts:
You are welcome to bring any handouts to those attending the breakout session (Please note: there are no large-scale printing services on site.)

ATTENDEE PROFILE
We expect to have around 70 attendees throughout the conference. We have several students, quite a few ECP psychologists with fewer than 5 years experience, all the way up to those with 40+ years experience. So a great blend of psychologists and behavioral health professionals from across Missouri!
COMPLIMENTARY SPONSOR ATTENDEE AND ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
If anyone within your company would like to attend MOPA for CE purposes, please contact Emily ([email protected]) for your one complimentary sponsored attendee. Even if you are not seeking CE credits, you are welcome to audit any of the educational sessions. If you are planning on more than one person attending to represent your company, please let Emily know so she can get a name tag ready. If that additional person is planning on joining the luncheon or cocktail hour, we simply ask a small fee to help cover food costs.

SOCIAL MEDIA
- About 2 weeks following the conference, we will provide you with a spreadsheet of all attendees and basic contact information. We ask, of course, that you use this information with respect. We love being able to provide it to you as a sponsor, but want to ensure it's used appropriately.
- On Saturday morning, we’re offering an optional opportunity for each sponsor to briefly introduce themselves to attendees before various sessions. If you'd like to participate, you'll be invited to come up front and say a quick hello, share your name, and tell us a little about your organization — no more than 2-3 minutes total, please. It’s a simple and effective way to make a personal connection with our audience before the day begins!
- To add a little fun and encourage engagement, we’ll be using a sponsor punch card for attendees. Each time an attendee visits a sponsor booth, they'll receive a “punch” or mark on their card. Attendees who complete the card by visiting every sponsor will be entered into a prize drawing at the luncheon. Feel free to use your discretion in how you mark the card — a quick conversation, a fun fact, or a simple hello is all it takes. We hope it adds a lighthearted way to connect with everyone!
PRINTED MATERIALS
- Of course we will include your company overview in our printed on-site guide.
ROLLING CART
- If needed, we will have a small rolling cart available for you to transport your materials to/from the Parking Garage.
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Don’t forget to follow MOPA on social media—we’ll be sharing posts throughout the conference and will tag your account (or your university/business) whenever possible!
ABOUT THE LOCATION
